Nicolle Frazer-Neethling is the first in 11 generations of her proud South African family to study about and produce wine. After completing her National Diploma in Agriculture: Viticulture and Oenology at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) she started her professional career at Anthonji Rupert Wyne in 2017 as a laboratory assistant where she is now Assistant Winemaker. For Nicolle, the art and craftsmanship of every bottle produced is the expression and representation of dedication, perseverance and teamwork. She is passionate about her profession and regards herself as a proud member of South Africa's farming community.
