Nadia Langenegger-Barnard grew up in the Cape winelands and fondly remembers going out to estates with her parents where she says it always intrigued her to see the all the worked that went into creating a bottle of wine. She enrolled at the University of Stellenbosch in 2002 and studied Viticulture and Oenology. In 2006, after completing her student harvest under Bruce Jack at Flagstone she gained harvest experience in France, Australia and New Zealand. At the end of 2008 Nadia joined Waterkloof Wines as Assistant Winemaker and was made Head Winemaker in 2013.
