Tal Tauber Gottesdiner is a Wine Educator, a Wine Writer, a WSET Level 3 graduate and the founder of HaShizra. After completing her bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences - Psychology and Sociology at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Tal worked in project management until her entry into the world of wine in 2017 when she took her first WSET course. She went on to work for the next three years at W - Wine & Spirit School, the Israeli WSET-approved program provider in Israel, in both administration and as an educator. in 2021 Tal founded HaShizra (the grape stem) - Israeli Women In Wine, a community dedicated to empower local wine women and leads the way in fighting gender inequality. The organization already includes over 900 women who work in the wine, culinary and spirit industries, and aims to provide them with professional tools and to highlight women’s increasing presence in the world of wine.
