Nature's best

It's always a good day when I am introduced to a new vineyard, and even better when it is one as special as Recanati Winery's newly-planted at Moshav Netuah in the north. Not only is it the home to their own Marawi vines, but more important, it's a bio-dynamic vineyard, where the soil wasn't ploughed and wild-flowers and natural covers abound.
